What does “Biological agent” mean in Arizona criminal law?
"Biological agent" means any microorganism, virus, infectious substance or biological product that may be engineered through biotechnology or any naturally occurring or bioengineered component of any microorganism, virus, infectious substance or biological product and that is capable of causing any of the following: (a) Death, disease or physical injury in a human, animal, plant or other living organism. (A.R.S. § 13-2301)
