What does “Commercial motor vehicle” mean in Arizona criminal law?
"Commercial motor vehicle" means a motor vehicle or combination of motor vehicles used in commerce to transport passengers or property if the motor vehicle either: (a) Has either a gross combined weight rating or a gross weight of twenty-six thousand one or more pounds inclusive of a towed unit with a gross vehicle weight rating or gross weight of more than ten thousand pounds, whichever is greater.
