What does “Explosive agent” mean in Arizona criminal law?
"Explosive agent" means an explosive as defined in section 13-3101 and flammable fuels or fire accelerants in amounts over fifty gallons but excludes: (a) Fireworks as defined in section 36-1601. (A.R.S. § 13-2301)
