What does “Financial instrument” mean in Arizona criminal law?

"Financial instrument" means any check, draft, money order, certificate of deposit, letter of credit, bill of exchange, credit card or marketable security or any other written instrument as defined in section 13-2001 that is transferable for value. 11. (A.R.S. § 13-2301)
