What does “Housing unit” mean in Arizona criminal law?

"Housing unit" means a house, an apartment, a mobile home or trailer, a group of rooms or a single room occupied as separate living quarters for a household and includes any front, side or rear yards and any garages and detached garages that are under the control of the household. (A.R.S. § 13-2910.11)
