"Precursor chemical II" means any material, compound, mixture or preparation which contains any quantity of the following substances and their salts, optical isomers or salts of optical isomers: (a) 4-cyano-2-dimethylamino-4, 4-diphenyl butane. (A.R.S. § 13-3401)
