What does “Radiological agent” mean in Arizona criminal law?
"Radiological agent" includes any substance that is able to release radiation at levels that are capable of causing death or serious bodily injury or at any level if used with the intent to terrify, intimidate, threaten or harass. (A.R.S. § 13-2308.03)
