What does “Serious emotional injury” mean in Arizona criminal law?
"Serious emotional injury" means an injury that is diagnosed by a medical doctor or a psychologist and that does any one or a combination of the following: (a) Seriously impairs mental faculties. (A.R.S. § 8-201)
