What does “Transmitting money” mean in Arizona criminal law?

"Transmitting money" means the transmission of money by any means, including transmissions within this country or to or from locations abroad by payment instrument, wire, fax, internet or any other electronic transfer, courier or otherwise. (A.R.S. § 13-2317)
