What does “Young adult administrative review” mean in Arizona criminal law?
"Young adult administrative review" means an administrative review of a voluntary extended foster care case plan with the qualified young adult, the department's case specialist or designee, an independent party who is not responsible for the case management of or the delivery of services to the qualified young adult and any other individual the young adult invites. (A.R.S. § 8-201)
