A. A person shall not knowingly sell or transfer the person's ownership in a motor vehicle without disclosing to the purchaser or transferee that the motor vehicle is subject to a restitution lien pursuant to section 13-806. B. A person who violates this section is guilty of a class 1 misdemeanor.
