(Caution: 1998 Prop. 105 applies) In this article, unless the context otherwise requires: 1. "Alien" means a person who is not a citizen or national of the United States as described in 8 United States code section 1101. 2. "Port of entry" means a port of entry in the United States as described in 19 Code of Federal Regulations section 101.1.
