What does “antique cannon” mean in California criminal law?
“antique cannon” means any cannon manufactured before January 1, 1899, which has been rendered incapable of firing or for which ammunition is no longer manufactured in the United States and is not readily available in the ordinary channels of commercial trade. (Cal. Penal Code § 16160)
