(a) A temporary license issued pursuant to Section 13382 or 13389 shall contain a notice that the person may be able to regain driving privileges with the installation of an ignition interlock device, that financial assistance may be available for that purpose, and a contact for obtaining more information regarding the ignition interlock program. (b) This section shall become operative on January 1, 2019. (c) This section shall remain in effect only until January 1, 2033, and as of that date is repealed.
