It is unlawful for any person to operate a snowmobile in the following manner: (a) On a highway except as provided in Section 38025. (b) In a careless or negligent manner so as to endanger a person or property. (c) For the purpose of pursuing deer or other game mammal with intent to harass such animals. (d) For the purpose of violating Section 602 of the Penal Code.
