What does “Book or register” mean in Colorado criminal law?
"Book or register" means any written or electronic record of transactions kept by any owner, keeper, proprietor, collector, or dealer, including sequentially numbered receipts containing the information required by subsection (1) of this section. (C.R.S. § 18-13-111)
