What does “Estate” mean in Colorado criminal law?

"Estate" means any tangible or intangible properties, real or personal, belonging to or due to an offender, including income or payments to such person received or earned prior to or during incarceration from salary or wages, bonuses, annuities, pensions, or retirement benefits, or any source whatsoever except federal benefits of any kind. (C.R.S. § 18-1.3-701)
