C.R.S. § 17-22.5-305Primary source, current through the 2025 Regular Session

(1) No person subject to the provisions of section 17-22.5-301 (1) shall be eligible for any of the time limit and vesting provisions of section 17-22.5-301 (2) or (3) or 17-22.5-302 (4). (2) No person subject to the provisions of section 17-22.5-301 (2) shall be eligible for any of the time limit and vesting provisions of section 17-22.5-301 (1) or (3) or 17-22.5-302 (4). (3) No person subject to the provisions of section 17-22.5-301 (3) shall be eligible for any of the time limit and vesting provisions of section 17-22.5-301 (1) or (2) or 17-22.5-302 (3).
