C.R.S. § 18-3.5-107Primary source, current through the 2025 Regular Session
(1) If a person operates or drives a motor vehicle in a reckless manner, and this conduct is the proximate cause of the unlawful termination of the pregnancy of a woman, such person commits vehicular unlawful termination of pregnancy. (2) Vehicular unlawful termination of pregnancy in violation of subsection (1) of this section is a class 5 felony.
