C.R.S. § 18-9-114Primary source, current through the 2025 Regular Session

A person commits a petty offense if the person knowingly and without lawful authority forcibly stops and hinders the operation of any vehicle used in providing transportation services of any kind to the public or to any person, association, or corporation.
