What does “Criminal investigative information” mean in Florida criminal law?
“Criminal investigative information” means information about an identifiable person or group compiled by a criminal justice agency in the course of conducting a criminal investigation of a specific criminal act or omission, including, but not limited to, information derived from laboratory tests, reports of investigators, informants, or any type of surveillance. (Fla. Stat. § 943.045)
