What does “Entering the county” mean in Florida criminal law?

“Entering the county” includes being discharged from a correctional facility or jail or secure treatment facility within the county or being under supervision within the county for the commission of a violation enumerated in subsection (4).(i) “Institution of higher education” means a career center, a community college, a college, a state university, or an independent postsecondary educational institution.(j) “Internet identifier” means any designation, moniker, screen name, username, or other name used for self-identification to send or receive social Internet communication. (Fla. Stat. § 775.21)
