What does “Gang affiliation flag” mean in Florida criminal law?
“Gang affiliation flag” means an indication that a defendant is involved in or associated with a criminal gang as defined in s. 874.03 at the time of the current offense.(v) “Gain-time credit earned” means a credit of time awarded to an inmate in a county detention facility in accordance with s. 951.21 or a state correctional institution or facility in accordance with s. 944.275.(w) “Habitual offender flag” means an indication that a defendant is a habitual felony offender as defined in s. 775.084 or a habitual misdemeanor offender as defined in s. 775.0837.(x) “Habitual violent felony offende (Fla.
