What does “Health care regulatory board” mean in Florida criminal law?
“Health care regulatory board” has the same meaning as in s. 456.001(1).(i) “Law enforcement agency” means the Department of Law Enforcement, a sheriff’s office in this state, a police department in this state, or a law enforcement agency of the Federal Government which enforces the laws of this state or the United States relating to controlled substances and whose agents and officers are empowered by law to conduct criminal investigations and make arrests.(j) “Pharmacy” includes a community pharmacy, an institutional pharmacy, a nuclear pharmacy, a special pharmacy, or an Internet pharmacy th (Fla.
