What does “Mass transit vehicle” mean in Florida criminal law?
“Mass transit vehicle” means buses, rail cars, or fixed-guideway mover systems operated by, or under contract to, state agencies, political subdivisions of the state, or municipalities for the transportation of fare-paying passengers.(g) “Merchandise” means any personal property, capable of manual delivery, displayed, held, or offered for retail sale by a merchant.(h) “Merchant” means an owner or operator, or the agent, consignee, employee, lessee, or officer of an owner or operator, of any premises or apparatus used for retail purchase or sale of any merchandise.(i) “Retail theft” means the t (Fla.
