“Pretrial release violation flag” means an indication that the defendant has violated the terms of his or her pretrial release.(aa) “Prior incarceration within the state” means any prior history of a defendant’s incarceration in a state correctional institution or facility.(bb) “Prison releasee reoffender flag” means an indication that the defendant is a prison releasee reoffender as defined in s. 775.082 or any other statute.(cc) “Sexual offender flag” means an indication that a defendant was required to register as a sexual predator as defined in s. 775.21 or as a sexual offender as defined (Fla. Stat. § 900.05)
