What does “Serious violation” mean in Florida criminal law?
“Serious violation” means any violation of the jail standards or other conditions or practices which appears to pose a substantial and immediate danger to the life, health, or safety of one or more inmates or employees.(e) “Working group” means the Florida Model Jail Standards Working Group as provided in s. 951.23(4)(a). (Fla. Stat. § 951.2302)
