What does “Tentative release date” mean in Florida criminal law?
“Tentative release date” means the anticipated date that an inmate will be released from incarceration after the application of adjustments for any gain-time earned or credit for time served.(ee) “Three-time violent felony offender flag” means an indication that the defendant is a three-time violent felony offender as defined in s. 775.084 or any other statute.(ff) “Violent career criminal flag” means an indication that the defendant is a violent career criminal as defined in s. 775.084 or any other statute.
