What does “Transition-to-adulthood services” mean in Florida criminal law?
“Transition-to-adulthood services” means services that are provided for youth in the custody of the department or under the supervision of the department and that have the objective of instilling the knowledge, skills, and aptitudes essential to a socially integrated, self-supporting adult life. (Fla. Stat. § 985.03)
