Fla. Stat. § 817.414Primary source, current through the 2025 Florida Statutes
A person who willfully and knowingly sells or attempts to sell a counterfeit sign or decal in this state with the name or logo of a security company without the express written consent of the company commits: (1) For the first offense, a misdemeanor of the second degree, punishable as provided in s. 775.082 or s. 775.083. (2) For a second or subsequent offense, a misdemeanor of the first degree, punishable as provided in s. 775.082 or s. 775.083.
