Any officer who shall deliver to the agent for extradition of the demanding state a person in his or her custody under the Governor’s warrant, in willful disobedience to s. 941.10, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the second degree, punishable as provided in s. 775.082 or s. 775.083.
