(1) The Shared County/State Juvenile Detention Trust Fund is created within the department. (2) The fund is established for use as a depository for funds to be used for the costs of juvenile detention. Moneys credited to the trust fund shall consist of funds from the counties’ share of the costs for juvenile detention.
