What does “Graffiti” mean in Indiana criminal law?
"Graffiti" means any unauthorized inscription, work, figure, or design that is marked, etched, scratched, drawn, or painted on a component of any building, structure, or other facility. (Ind. Code § 35-31.5-2-146)
