What does “physician” mean in Indiana criminal law?

"physician" means an individual who: (1) is licensed to practice medicine in: (A) Indiana under IC 25-22.5 ; or (B) another state in the United States in which the individual is providing medical services; (2) is board certified in obstetrics and gynecology; and (3) oversees medical services related to ovum cryopreservation. (Ind. Code § 35-46-5-3)
