What does “Random retest” mean in Indiana criminal law?
"Random retest" means a breath test required at randomly variable intervals from the operator of a vehicle equipped with an ignition interlock device to ensure that the operator's alcohol concentration remains below the fail point after vehicle start up. (Ind. Code § 9-30-8.1-1)
