What does “temporary residence” mean in Indiana criminal law?
"temporary residence" means a residence: (1) that is established to provide transitional housing for a person without another residence; and (2) in which a person is not typically permitted to reside for more than thirty (30) days in a sixty (60) day period. (Ind. Code § 11-8-8-12)
