What does “Terrorism” mean in Indiana criminal law?
"Terrorism" means the unlawful use of force or violence or the unlawful threat of force or violence to: (1) intimidate or coerce: (A) a government; or (B) all or part of the civilian population; or (2) affect the conduct of a government by use of a weapon of mass destruction, assassination, or kidnapping. (Ind. Code § 35-31.5-2-329)
