Sec. 4. Every probation department shall annually compile, and make available to the judicial conference of Indiana upon request, accurate statistical information pertaining to its operation, including: (1) presentence and predisposition reports prepared; (2) investigations and reports regarding cases assigned to that probation department and disposed of prior to trial; (3) cases disposed of by termination of supervision, including revocation of probation; (4) that probation department's operational costs, including salaries of probation officers and administrative personnel; and (5) persons employed.
