Sec. 1. Any of the following may sign and file a petition for the juvenile court to require the participation of a parent, guardian, or custodian in a program of care, treatment, or rehabilitation for the child: (1) The prosecuting attorney. (2) A probation officer. (3) The department of correction. (4) The guardian ad litem or court appointed special advocate. [Pre-1997 Recodification Citation: 31-6-4-17(a) part.]
