Sec. 11. Any person charged with a traffic violation that is within the authority of the violations clerk may mail or deliver: (1) the amount of the judgment (including costs) indicated on the ticket; and (2) a signed: (A) admission of the violation; or (B) pleading of nolo contendere, if the action is for a moving traffic violation.
