Sec. 127.8. (a) "Family member", for purposes of IC 35-44.1-3-1 , has the meaning set forth in IC 35-44.1-3-1 . (b) "Family member", for purposes of IC 35-38-2-2.3 , has the meaning set forth in IC 35-38-2-2.3 .
