Sec. 234. (a) Except as provided in subsections (b) through (d), "person" means a human being, corporation, limited liability company, partnership, unincorporated association, or governmental entity. (b) "Person", for purposes of IC 35-43-6 , has the meaning set forth in IC 35-43-6-7 . (c) "Person", for purposes of IC 35-43-9 , has the meaning set forth in IC 35-43-9-2 . (d) "Person", for purposes of section 128 of this chapter, means an adult or a minor.
