Sec. 235.3. "Pharmacist", for purposes of IC 35-42-5-1 , means an individual who is licensed, registered, or otherwise permitted by the laws of Indiana or the United States to: (1) dispense; (2) distribute; or (3) prescribe; a controlled substance as part of the individual's professional practice.
