Sec. 87. (a) "Dealer", for purposes of IC 35-43-4-2.3 , has the meaning set forth in IC 35-43-4-2.3 (a). (b) "Dealer", for purposes of IC 35-47 , has the meaning set forth in IC 35-47-1-3 . (c) "Dealer", for purposes of IC 35-47-2.5 , includes any person licensed under 18 U.S.C. 923, as set forth in IC 35-47-2.5-2 .
