Sec. 1. As used in this chapter, "digital asset" means: (1) virtual currency; (2) cryptocurrency (as defined in IC 2-3.5-2-2.8 ); (3) payment stablecoin (as defined in 12 U.S.C. 5901(22)); (4) fungible tokens and nonfungible tokens; and (5) other assets that: (A) exist only in electronic form; and (B) confer economic, proprietary, or access rights or powers.
