Sec. 2. It is a Class C misdemeanor for a person to sell, give, or furnish to a minor false or fraudulent evidence of majority or identity with the intent to violate or assist in the violation of a provision of this title. [Pre-1973 Recodification Citation: 7-5-2-2(a).]
