Sec. 50. A person who operates a tractor-trailer combination in a reckless or deliberate attempt to: (1) endanger the safety or property of others; or (2) block the proper flow of traffic; commits a Class B misdemeanor. [Pre-1991 Recodification Citation: 9-4-1-73(b).]
