Sec. 2. A law enforcement officer may, without a warrant, arrest a person for a violation of IC 9-26-1-1.1 if the law enforcement officer has probable cause to believe that the violation was committed by the person. [Pre-1991 Recodification Citation: 9-4-1-134 part.]
