What does “Court employee” mean in Iowa criminal law?

“Court employee” means the same as defined in section 602.1101. b. “Family member” means a spouse, son, daughter, brother, sister, uncle, aunt, first cousin, nephew, niece, grandfather, grandmother, father-in-law, mother-in-law, son-in-law, daughter-in-law, brother-in-law, sister-in-law, father, mother, stepfather, stepmother, stepson, stepdaughter, stepbrother, stepsister, half brother, or half sister. c. “Judicial officer” means the same as defined in section 602.1101. 2. (Iowa Code § 720.7)
