What does “Employment agency” mean in Iowa criminal law?

“Employment agency” means a person, including the state, who regularly undertakes to procure employees or opportunities for employment for any other person. c. “Genetic information” means the same as defined in 29 U.S.C. §1191b(d)(6). d. “Genetic services” means the same as defined in 29 U.S.C. §1191b(d)(8). e. “Genetic testing” means the same as genetic test as defined in 29 U.S.C. §1191b(d)(7). “Genetic testing” does not mean routine physical measurement, a routine chemical, blood, or urine analysis, a biopsy, an autopsy, or clinical specimen obtained solely for the purpose of conducting an (Iowa Code § 729.6)
